Sat July 19th: ‘The Darkside’ North Queensland Premiere.

We are rolling out the red carpet for the premiere of the Darkside ( by acclaimed Director Warwick Thornton) starring local actress Merwez Whaleboat and a host of respected Australian actors.

Bar open 6.30 Canapes, cocktails and entertainment with guitarist and singer/songwriter Luke Thomas .

Dress code: Black and Deadly Glamorous. All Welcome.

7.30 pm Island Sensation 7.45 pm Welcome to country Professor Graceland Smallwood (awarded 2014 National NAIDOC Person of the Year 2014) followed by  film presentation

8pm: The Darkside (2013). Directed by Warwick Thornton (Samson and Delilah). The Darkside assembles a collection of poignant, sad, funny and absurd ghost tales from across Australia and brings them to life with some of Australia’s best loved actors.
